When will my order arrive?
In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Estimated delivery time = Product availability + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse, and can be determined using the greatest number of days in the "availability" range of the items in your order. The Expected Ship Out Date is also marked on the Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order.

How will my orders be shipped?
For deliveries to Canada, YesStyle primarily uses EMS (Express Mail Service), an international express service offered by over 140 postal services worldwide, including the United States Postal Service, Parcelforce Worldwide (UK), Chronopost (France), Australia Post, Canada Post, Singapore Post Limited, and Hongkong Post. However, depending on circumstances, we may also select from a pool of couriers, such as DHL or FEDEX, to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. YesStyle will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice. .

Will my shipment come with a tracking number or code?
All orders shipped using Express Shipping come with a tracking number or code supplied by the selected courier, such as UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL. Orders shipped using Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping may or may not come with a tracking number.

Trackable orders sent via Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping can be tracked through your local post office. If available, tracking numbers and relevant links can be found in "My Account" under the Shipping and Tracking section of shipped orders in your Order History.

Can my shipment be delivered to a Post Office box?

[Express Shipping]
Most Express Shipping couriers will not deliver to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.

[Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping]
Standard or Premium Standard shipments can be delivered to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. However, we encourage customers to avoid using Post Office boxes in case shipments are upgraded to Express Shipping, which cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

I originally chose Standard or Premium Standard Shipping but have added more items to my order. Will my order now qualify for Free Express Shipping?
If you change your order such that the total purchase amount reaches the minimum purchase requirement for Free Express Shipping, then you can upgrade your order from Standard or Premium Standard to Express Shipping. We will not upgrade your shipping method without your consent. Please contact a Customer Service representative if you wish to upgrade from Standard or Premium Standard to Express Shipping. Please note that Free Express Shipping is only available to the specific regions and countries listed in the Shipping Rates table above. Please refer to the Shipping Rates table for details.
What happens to my order if it can’t be delivered and is returned to YesStyle?

All shipments returned to YesStyle are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as YesStyle’s regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.

Which countries does YesStyle.ca ship to?
YesStyle.ca only ships to Canada.
Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
When ordering from YesStyle, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and YesStyle cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
 
In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
